The TW-150 is HORIBA's automatic water quality monitoring system designed for continuous surveillance of drinking water distribution networks — at water treatment facilities and at endpoints of water supply systems. The TW-150 is HORIBA's automatic water quality monitoring system for continuous surveillance of drinking water quality in distribution networks — from water treatment facilities to supply endpoints. It simultaneously measures all key daily inspection parameters — turbidity, color, free residual chlorine, water pressure, and pH — in a single compact wall-mounted unit, providing reliable automated monitoring without the need for reagents. Optional conductivity and water temperature sensors expand the parameter set to seven simultaneous measurements. Automatic zero calibration (turbidity, color, and residual chlorine via filtered sample water), automatic wiper cleaning of optical cells (turbidity, color), and continuous bead cleaning of the chlorine electrode minimise maintenance requirements and support unattended long-term operation. Tool-free part replacement allows on-site maintenance without calling the manufacturer. The system can be installed indoors using existing outdoor panels already in place at the customer's site, supporting space-saving and cost-effective deployment.

Designed for indoor installation; outdoor case available as option. Mount on a flat, stable, vibration-free wall surface at 0–40 °C; altitude ≤2000 m; no direct sunlight or corrosive atmosphere. Power: 90–264 V AC, 50/60 Hz, 120 VA max. Sample water: temperature 0–40 °C; pressure 0.1–0.75 MPa; conductivity ≥10 mS/m; flow rate 50–100 mL/min. Flush thoroughly before initial use. Sample water measured by this device cannot be distributed back to the supply.
