It is designed exclusively for use with HORIBA's sanitary FES-2XX (submersible insertion) and FES-310 (flow-through inline) Series sensors — smooth-surfaced, crevice-free 4-electrode sensors rated for high-pressure and high-temperature conditions that are stain-resistant and easy to clean. Conductivity is measured up to 500 mS/cm with built-in concentration conversion for three pre-programmed chemicals (HNO₃, NaOH, H₃PO₄) and two fully user-defined curves. Four isolated 4–20 mA outputs, five relay contacts, two contact inputs for remote range switching, and RS-485 make the HE-960HI a fully featured concentration controller for demanding hygienic process environments.
