HE-480C, Panel-Mount Type Conductivity Meter, Low Concentration Type, HORIBA

The HE-480C is a panel-mount industrial conductivity meter from HORIBA's 48/96 Series, providing a cost-effective solution for pure water and boiler water control and wastewater treatment monitoring in a compact 48 × 96 mm DIN enclosure. It uses the 2-electrode method and is compatible with the ESD, ESL, ESH, and FS Series sensor lineup across three cell constants, covering the full range from sub-μS/cm ultrapure water to 2000 μS/cm process water. A dedicated deionised water temperature compensation mode (reference temperature 25 °C) ensures accurate measurement in low-conductivity applications, complementing the standard NaCl and user-defined coefficient options. The panel face is rated IP65, and the instrument provides a single isolated 4–20 mA output and two configurable relay contact outputs for alarm and ON/OFF control.
