It is also applicable to general industrial process water where continuous free F⁻ monitoring is required.
Installation and Safety Notes
Power from a 24 V DC source (21–32 V DC) via the 4–20 mA loop. Maximum load resistance depends on supply voltage — consult the load curve. When sensor, transmission, or contact input cables are extended to 30 m or more, the CE marking surge test does not apply — fit appropriate surge absorption elements. An internal arrester (spark-over voltage 400 V) is provided for the transmission output terminal. Sample conditions: pH 4–12 (concentration-dependent); conductivity ≥500 μS/cm; temperature 0–40 °C; flow rate 1–20 cm/s. Note: this meter detects free fluoride ions only; fluoride complexes are not detected and will result in readings lower than JIS total fluoride values. Operating temperature: −20 to 60 °C; humidity: 5–90% RH non-condensing.
