The HE-480R is a compact panel-mount resistivity meter from HORIBA's 48/96 Series, designed for continuous monitoring of ultrapure water quality in semiconductor, electronics, food, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Using the 2-electrode method with ERD and ERF Series sensors (cell constant 0.01 /cm), it measures resistivity up to 20.00 MΩ·cm (100.0 MΩ·cm without temperature compensation), with high-precision temperature compensation based on extra deionised water characteristics (reference temperature 25 °C). UPW standard resistivity input, clipping function, a single isolated 4–20 mA output, and two relay contact outputs are provided in a 48 × 96 mm DIN enclosure with IP65 panel face.
