2659949 Stablcal Stabilised Turbidity Standard 10.0 NTU, 500 mL

Stablcal Turbidity Standard (p/n 2659949) is required for calibration of the turbidity meter. Stablcal Stabilised Turbidity Standard is packaged in 500 mL bottle. The concentration of the standard is 10.0 NTU. Ready-to-use Standard Solution is compatible with TL23, TU52, 2100Q, 2100N, 2100AN series turbidity meter.

Procedure for frequently used StablCal Turbidity Standards

This procedure is applicable to the daily or weekly used standards.

For bulk solution standards: Invert the standard 10 times. Verify that the sample cell has no optical deviations. Invert several times before adding the standard into the sample cell. Rinse the sample cell with the bulk standard solution. Fill and close the sample cell.

For bulk solution and sample cell standards: In addition to the abovementioned procedure, let the sample cell settle down for a few minutes. The sample cell is now prepaired for the measurement.

Storage conditions

Stablcal Stabilised Turbidity Standard is required to be kept at the temperature from 10 °C to 25 °C (protected from direct sunlight). The standard should be stored in refrigerated condition for long-term storage at 5 ˚C.
