2659510 Stablcal Turbidity Standards Calibration Kit, 100 mL

Stablcal Turbidity Standards Calibration Kit is required for fast and error-free turbidimeter calibration. Turbidity Calibration Kit includes 100 mL bottles with <0.1, 20, 200, 1000, 4000 NTU concentrations and sealed vial with 7500 NTU value. Stablcal Stabilized Formazin Turbidity Standards are compatible with 2100 AN / AN IS. Turbidity Calibration Kit is intended only for laboratory and field analysis.

Procedure for frequently used StablCal Turbidity Standards

This procedure applies to the daily or weekly used standards.

For bulk solution standards: Firstly, invert the standard 10 times. Secondly, remove any optical deviations by oiling and indexing the sample cell. Thirdly, invert a few times before adding the standard into the sample cell and rinse the sample cell with the bulk standard solution. Finally, fill and cap the sample cell.

For bulk solution and vials: In addition to the aforementioned procedure, leave the sample cell for a few minutes. After that the sample cell containing the standard is ready for the analysis.

For < 0.1 NTU StablCal Solution: The standard with < 0.1 NTU concentration has separate procedure (see manual).

Storage conditions

It is required to store standards at the temperature from 10 °C to 25 °C. It is necessary to protect standards from direct sunlight. It is recommended to avoid long-term exposure to temperatures exceeding 40 ˚C.
