The POLYWEL UP® (Alliance Bio Expertise) is an automated system capable of handling more than 1000 tubes (ø18mm) or 40 bottles (1L - ø 100mm). The device features an adjustable automated arm height to adapt to different container sizes, with a maximum container height of 223 mm. It is constructed with a stainless steel surface for easy cleaning and includes flashing light indicators on the sides to inform users of the cycle's end. The system offers unlimited programs and can be used with its own racks or autoclavable racks loaded directly from their original package.

Instructions for use
The POLYWEL UP® is designed for the automated filling of tubes and bottles.
Preparation: Select and load the appropriate rack; the large rack holds 250 tubes (ø18mm) while the small rack holds 120 tubes. Ensure containers do not exceed the maximum height of 223 mm.
Operation: Choose from unlimited programs to begin the filling process. The device can distribute volumes from 1 to 9999.9 ml. Calibration should be performed at the beginning of a cycle or after a selected number of doses to maintain 98% accuracy.
Monitoring and Cleaning: Monitor the cycle through the side flashing light indicators. Once the cycle is complete, the stainless steel surface allows for easy cleaning.
