Double Seam System 60F is the smallest computerized food can control system, manufactured for small-scale production lines in the canning and metal packaging industry. The system performs both external and internal seam measurements. Metop quality control analyzer measures seam thickness from the outside of the package. The system features the internal surface quality control of the following parameters: seam height, end hook, body hook, overlap, seam gap and calculated body hook butting. Winseam 5 Lite installed in the system is developed on the basis of Winseam 5.0 software. "Plug and Play" function allows to start the system in a matter of minutes.
