Double Seam System 500F is manufactured for quality control of the food packaging for the large-scale canning and metal packaging industry. The system monitors can height, countersink depth, plate thickness, seam height and seam thickness on the external surface. Metop quality control analyzer conducts the internal surface quality control of the following parameters: cover hook, body hook, overlap, seam gap and calculated body hook butting. Winseam 5.0 software installed in the system is one of the best programs in the industry. Metop high-quality measuring system analyzes the aforementioned external and internal parameters and generates trend curves, histograms and error reports. "Plug and Play" function makes the system up and running in just a few minutes. All parts of the system are designed, produced and tested at the Metop factory.
