Double Seam System 500B features highest capacity and fastest measurements for large-scale production. The system performs the inspection of the following external seam measurements: can height , countersink depth, seam height and seam thickness. Metop quality control analyzer also measures cover hook, body hook, overlap, seam gap and calculated body hook butting on the inner surface of the package. The system provides the external surface quality control in a single operation. All external data is transferred into the measuring report. All parameters are measured separately, using individual gauges. Double Seam System 500B contains all required parts from can opener for examination of wrinkles, folds and creases to high quality industrial screen.
