The system conducts the external surface quality control of can height, countersink depth, seam height and seam thickness. Metop can seam analyzer performs the inner surface monitoring of end hook, body hook, overlap, seam gap and calculated body hook butting. The system features unique Winseam 5.0 software that is considered as one of the best programs in the industry. Double Seam System 200F evaluates the aforementioned external and internal parameters and generates trend curves, histograms and error reports. "Plug and Play" function allows to get the system up and running in a few minutes.
