Double Seam System 100B

Double Seam System 100B is the smallest computerized beverage can control system, suitable for small production lines. The system features the external surface quality control of the following parameters: countersink depth and seam thickness. Metop high-quality measuring system monitors the seam height, end hook, body hook, overlap, seam gap and calculated body hook butting from the inner surface. Double Seam System 100B is equipped with well-known Winseam 5.0 Lite, developed on the basis of Winseam 5.0 software. All reports are stored in the computer or can be printed out. "Plug and Play" function allows to get the system up and running in a few minutes.

Procedure for seam evaluation

Firstly, evaluate the thickness of the seam. Secondly, determine the counter sink of the end. Thirdly, estimate the height of the can. Fourthly, cut the can with the seam saw. Finally, inspect the inner surface of the seam and measure the aforementioned internal parameters.
