Alliance Bio Expertise (ABE)
The MEDIAWEL 30® (Alliance Bio Expertise) is an automated media preparation system featuring a quadruple magnetic stirring blade with a large surface for optimum temperature homogeneity. The equipment operates with a sterilization temperature from 16 °C to 125 °C and a distribution temperature from 16 °C to 80 °C. It is constructed with a shock-resistant ABS PC PLASTIC body and includes a 7" tactile glove-friendly screen. For a secure process, the unit is equipped with e-TRACE® technology, 0.2 µm Bactystopper® filtration, and a 1.7 Bar safety valve. The system supports full traceability and is audit trail compliant with 21 CFR Part 11.

Instructions for use
The MEDIAWEL 30® is designed for the automated preparation and distribution of culture media.
Preparation: Use the Automatic Doser to speed up water filling and the Dust Cover to avoid volatile powder during setup. Utilize the quadruple magnetic stirring blade for homogenization.
Operation: Select from 150 standardized programs using the 7" tactile glove-friendly screen. The sterilization time can be set from 1 to 99 minutes. Monitoring is supported by an audio and multicolored visual alarm.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Access the vessel through the trapdoor for easy cleaning. The unit features a fast draining mechanism to eliminate the need for lifting heavy vessels. Continuous homogenization is maintained throughout the process. Store in a stable environment and utilize the 4 large medical wheels for movement.
