LCK Reagent Set measures sulphite in boiler water and drinking water.
LCK654 reagent set measures 0.1-5.0 mg/L SO₃ in boiler water and drinking water. The product uses Hach method. The product may be used to conduct up to 25 tests. 13mm LCK654 Cuvette test can be analyzed using DR3900, DR6000, DR1900, DR2800, DR3800 and DR5000.
Pour 0.2 mL of solution A and 5.0 mL of sample in the cuvette. Close and invert the cuvette several times. After 3 minutes, invert the cuvette a few more times and insert the cuvette into the cell holder of the instrument. The reagent enters into reaction with sulphites to form yellow complex. The color must be evaluated photometrically. Sulphide concentration of ≥5 mg/L may cause slightly high-bias results. It is recommended to review the list of ions that are not causing interference at the given concentrations (see manual for detailed information regarding interferences). The boiler water or drinking water sample must be measured instantly after they have been collected.
LCK654 reagent kit storage conditions are between 15 °C and 25 °C.
