LCK Reagent Set measures anammox from ANAMMOX reactors and ANAMMOX in mainstream applications.
LCK411 Cuvette test measures 0-1000 mAbs or 0-33.4 µmol/L from ANAMMOX reactors and ANAMMOX in mainstream applications. The product uses photometric heme detection method. Article LCK411 may be used for 25 tests. LCK reagent set can be evaluated on DR3900, DR6000 and DR1900.
In order to conduct the sample analysis collect following items: 5-12 µm particle retention filters, Permachem reagents (Porphyrin 2 Reagent) Pk/100, small funnel, baffled flask and magnetic stir bar. 5.0 mL of the stirred sample, 0.5 mL of reagent A and 1 Permachem 2187569. must be pipetted in the cuvette LCW906. Shake the closed cuvette and place the thoroughly cleaned cuvette in the preheated thermostat (70 °C/158 °F). After 10 minutes invert the cuvette and filtrate digested sample (LCW906) into LCK411. Finally insert the cuvette in the cell holder of the spectrophotometer. The Iron in the protein is reduced to Fe(II) and the red coloration is evaluated photometrically.
LCK411 reagent kit storage conditions are between 15 °C and 25 °C.
