LCK345 Phenols Cuvette Test, 0.05-5.0 mg/L

13mm LCK345 Cuvette test measures 0.05-5.0 mg/L phenols in water, wastewater, soils and waste. The product uses 4-nitroaniline method. Article LCK345 can be used for 24 tests. Each package includes zero solution. The product may be evaluated using DR3900, DR6000, DR1900, DR2800, DR3800 and DR5000. It is required to eliminate turbidities by filtration through membrane filter (LCW904).

Firstly, Mix 2.0 mL of sample and 0.2 mL of solution A in the cuvette. Secondly, close the cuvette and invert it several times. Thirdly, after 2 minutes add 0.2 mL solution B using pipette, close the cuvette and invert a few times. Finally, insert the cuvette into the cell holder of the spectrophotometer and analyze testing results. Phenols enters into reaction with 4-nitroaniline forming yellow color complex that is evaluated using one of the aforementioned instruments. It is recommended to consider the reaction time (2 minutes) after adding the solution A in order to obtain error-free results.

The required LCK345 reagent kit storage conditions are between 15 °C and 25 °C.
