LCK319 Hach

LCK Reagent Set measures easily liberable cyanide in wastewater and process control.

Add to bag

LCK319 Cuvette test (13mm) measures 0.03-0.35 mg/L CN in wastewater and process control. The product uses Hach method. Article LCK319 may be used to analyze up to 24 tests. Each package contains zero solution. LCK319 reagent kit is compatible with the following DR series spectrophotometers: DR3900, DR6000, DR1900, DR2800, DR3800 and DR5000.

Drip 2.0 mL sample into the digestion cuvette, close with the original cap and invert the content of the cuvette a few times. Open the digestion cuvette and close the digestion cuvette with the prepared indicator cuvette. Heat the cuvette combination in the thermoreactor for 1 hour at 100 °C (212 °F). Let the cuvette combination to cool for 1 hour. Tighten the sample cuvette combination and turn it upside-down. Insert the zero solution cuvette in the cell holder, select the test and push ZERO. Remove the zero solution cuvette combination and insert the sample cuvette combination in the instrument. Easily liberated cyanide is converted into gaseous HCN (hydrogen cyanide) that passes through membrane into the indicator cuvette. The color change of the indicator must be photometrically evaluated. It is recommended to review the list of ions that have been checked against the given concentrations and do not cause interference (see manual for detailed information regarding interferences).

LCK319 reagent set storage conditions are between 2 °C and 8 °C (refrigerated).
