13mm LCK315 Cuvette test measures 0.01-0.6 mg/L CN in wastewater and process analysis. The product uses babituric acid-pyridine method. Article LCK315 can be used for 25 tests. The product can be evaluated on DR3900, DR6000, DR1900, DR2800, DR3800 and DR5000.

Pipet 1.0 mL of the collected sample in the cuvette and screw the DosiCap Zip upside-down. Stir the cuvette and add 1.0 mL of solution A. Close and invert the cuvette several times. Insert the cuvette in the instrument, select the test and push READ. Cyanides enter into reaction with chlorine and form cyanogen chloride that in turn reacts with pyridine in the presence of barbituric acid. As a result of the reaction, violet color is formed and must be evaluated using one of the aforementioned spectrophotometers. It is required to subject testing results to plausibility checks. The pH of the wastewater, process analysis or other liquid must be pH 2-10. The temperature of the collected sample and reagents must be 15-25 °C (59-77 °F).

The recommended storage conditions of the LCK315 Cuvette test are between 2 °C and 8 °C. The product must be stored in refrigerated condition.
