LCK Reagent Set measures potassium in raw water, drinking water, wastewater, soil, substrates, nutrient solutions and process analysis.
LCK228 Cuvette test measures 5-50 mg/L K in raw water, drinking water, wastewater and other liquids and soils. The product uses kalignost method. The product can be used for 25 tests. 13mm LCK228 reagent set can be evaluated on DR3900, DR6000, DR1900, DR2800, DR3800 and DR5000. Use Membrane Filtration Set LCW 904 to filter turbid samples.
Pipet 1.0 mL of solution A, 1.0 mL of sample and 1 level spoonful of reagent B. Then close the cuvette and invert several times. After 5 minutes, invert the cuvette content a few more times and evaluate testing results. Potassium ions enter into reaction in alkaline solution with Kalignost to form a slightly soluble precipitate of potassium tetraphenylborate. The resulting turbidity is measured photometrically. Perform plausibility check on testing results. The intensity of turbidity may vary significantly (about ±1.5 mg/L).
LCK228 reagent kit storage conditions are between 15 °C and 25 °C.
