2767245 Phosphate Cuvette Test, 1.0-100 mg/L PO₄

16 mm high range Test 'N Tube Cuvette test measures 1.0-100 mg/L PO₄ in water and wastewater. The product uses molybdovanadate with acid persulfate digestion method (10127). Article 2767245 may be used for 25-50 tests. The product can be evaluated using DR900 only.

Procedure for PO₄ evaluation

Prepare the blank by adding 5.0 mL of deionized water to Total Phosphorus vial. Prepare the sample by pouring 5.0 mL of sample to another Total Phosphorus vial. Add the content of Potassium Persulfate Powder Pillow to each vial. Shake and insert the vial into the reactor. After 30 minutes, pipet 2 mL of 1.54 N Sodium Hydroxide Standard Solution to each vial. Invert the vial content and add 0.5 mL of Molybdovanadate Reagent to each vial with polyethylene dropper. Reverse the vial content to mix and after 7 minutes insert the blank-value vial in the instrument and select program. Insert the sample vial in the 16-mm cell holder of the instrument and evaluate testing results at 420 nm wavelength.
