16 mm Test 'N Tube Cuvette test measures 0.06-3.5 mg/L PO₄ in water, wastewater and seawater. The product uses ascorbic acid method (8180). Article 2742745 can be used to evaluate up to 25-50 tests. The product is compatible with DR900 only.

Before you start take into account the following:
- Collect the water, wastewater and seawater sample in glass or plastic bottles cleaned with 6.0 N (1:1) hydrochloric acid and rinsed with deionized water.
- It is not recommended to clean sample bottles with detergent that contains phosphate.
- It is recommended to evaluate collected samples as soon as possible for accurate results.
Procedure for PO₄ determination
Preheat the DRB200 Reactor to 150 °C. Run program 536 P Total/AH PV TNT. Pipet 5.0 mL of sample to the vial and insert in the reactor for 30 minutes. After that set the vial in the test tube rack and cool to room temperature. Add 2 mL of 1.00 N Sodium Hydroxide to the vial, stir the vial content and clean the outside of the vial. Then install the instrument cap on the DR900 cell holder, insert the vial and select ZERO. Pour the content of PhosVer 3 Powder Pillow to the vial and after 2 minutes perform evaluation of testing results.
