2698042 Stablcal Turbidity Standard 0.50 NTU, 100 mL

Stablcal Turbidity Standard (p/n 2698042) is required for easy and accurate verification of the turbidimeter. Ready-to-use Standard Solution has the volume of 100 mL with the concentration of 0.50 NTU. Stabilised Formazine Primary Standard Solution is compatible with TL23, TU52, 2100Q, 2100N and 2100AN.

Procedure for frequently used StablCal Turbidity Standards

This procedure applies to the daily or weekly used standards.

For bulk solution standards: Firstly, invert the standard 10 times. Secondly, oil and index the sample cell to remove any optical deviations. Thirdly, invert several times before adding the standard into the sample cell. Fourthly, rinse the sample cell at least one time with the bulk standard solution. Finally, fill and cap the sample cell.

For bulk solution and sample cell standards: Additionally to the abovementioned procedure, leave the sample cell for a few minutes. The sample cell containing the standard is prepaired for the analysis.

Storage conditions

Stablcal Turbidity Standard storage temperature is between 5 °C and 25 °C in the place protected from direct sunlight. The long-term storage temperature is 5 ˚C.
