2660642 Stablcal Stabilised Formazine Turbidity Standard 1000 NTU, 100 mL

Stablcal Stabilised Formazine Turbidity Standard is used for calibration of the turbidimeter. The standard has the following capacity: 100 mL. Ready-to-use Standard Solution has the following NTU value: 1000 NTU. The solution is compatible with TL23, TU52, 2100Q, 2100N, 2100AN. Stabilised Formazine Primary Standard Solution contains the equal light scattering polymer as conventional Formazin Primary Turbidity Standards featuring equivalent efficiency.

Procedure for frequently used StablCal Turbidity Standards

This procedure is applicable to the daily or weekly used standards.

For bulk solution standards: Firstly, mix the content of the standard. Secondly, remove any optical variations from the sample cell by oiling and indexing the sample cell. Thirdly, invert several times before filling the sample cell with the standard. Finally, rinse the sample cell at least once with the bulk standard solution, seal and close the sample cell.

For bulk solution and sample cell standards: In addition to the aforementioned procedure, let the sample cell to settle down for a few minutes. The sample cell is ready for the measurement.

Storage conditions

It is required to store the solution from 5 to 25 ˚C. It is not recommended to transfer standards to another container for storage purposes.
