Used to measure copper levels in the range of 0.04-5.00 mg/L Cu in water, wastewater and seawater by Bichinchoninate method (8506). CuVer 1 Copper Reagent Powder Pillows can be used to conduct analysis of 100 tests. The product is compatible with DR2000 and DR3000 spectrophotometers. Sample Size: 25 mL.
Copper in the sample reacts with a salt of bicinchoninic acid contained in CuVer 1 Copper Reagent to form a purple colored complex in proportion to the copper concentration. The measurement wavelength is 560 nm.
