It utilizes a dual-method approach: acid-base titration to measure Total Alkalinity and Calmagite EDTA titration with an integrated LED dipping probe to determine Total Hardness. Instructions for use

The EZ5004 is designed for autonomous online operation once integrated into the water process. Preparation: Ensure a constant supply of demineralized water for automated rinsing. Connect the sample inlet (flow rate 100 - 300 mL/min) and install the necessary reagents: Acid titrant, Buffer solution, Calmagite indicator, and EDTA titrant. Note: Configure the measurement frequency and alarm limits via the touchscreen interface. The analyzer will automatically draw a sample, perform the sequential titrations, and display the calculated concentrations in mg/L CaCO3. Data is recorded in the internal logger and transmitted via the selected output modules. Routine maintenance is typically scheduled every 6 months to inspect pump tubing and the optical dipping probe.
