Instructions for use

The EZ5004 is designed for autonomous operation once integrated into the water process. Preparation: Ensure a constant supply of demineralized water for automated rinsing cycles. Connect the sample inlet (flow rate 100 - 300 mL/min) and install the required reagents: Buffer solution, Calgamite/Murexide color solution, and the EDTA titrant. Note: Configure the measurement frequency and alarm limits via the touchscreen interface. The analyzer will automatically draw a sample, adjust the pH for each specific titration phase, and calculate the hardness concentrations. Results are displayed in real-time and stored in the internal data logger. Routine maintenance is typically required every 6 months to replace pump tubing and inspect the optical probe.
