EBI 12-T461 Temperature Data Logger for Food Validation, Ebro

The EBI 12-T461 (Part No. 1340-6623) is a specialized "Bottle Logger" used to ensure microbiological safety during food manufacturing. It is equipped with a 135 mm long axial needle probe (Pt 1000) that can penetrate deep into containers to reach the exact "cold spot" of the product. The logger features a dual-sensor system (2 channels) with a memory capacity of 2 x 13,920 measurement values, allowing for simultaneous monitoring of the product's internal temperature and the surrounding process temperature. Housed in food-grade 316L stainless steel, it is built to survive the extreme heat and pressure of autoclaves and pasteurization tunnels. With a high accuracy of ±0.1 °C in the critical range and an IP68 waterproof rating, this device provides the reliable data necessary for calculating PU (Pasteurization Units) and F0 values using Winlog software.
