RZB300-13 is an enhanced system of the RZB300-11 Hydro-Optic UV System. RZB300-13 Hydro-Optic UV System is equipped with six high intensity medium pressure UV lamps that consume 25.2 kW of electricity at maximum power. MPHI lamps affect a wide range of microorganisms exposing bacteria, viruses and protozoa to the germicidal wavelengths of the UV light. The quartz tube captures and reflects the UV light back into the water. The ultrasonic cleaning unit keeps the quartz tube clean. RZB300-13 Hydro-Optic UV System features self-monitoring control unit. The first sensor is positioned in front of the UV lamp to control the intensity of UV rays. The second sensor is mounted in the reactor chamber to monitor the UV transmission. Advanced System Control provides user-friendly integration with plant controls, remote monitoring and customized user setting for alarm values. Deposit Prevention Mechanism (DPM) deters the formation of deposits in quartz tubes.

Atlantium RZB300-13 Hydro-Optic System includes:

  • Disinfection unit
  • Ballast module
  • Controller

Operating conditions

The required operating water stream temperature is between 0 °C and 60 °C (32-140 °F). The recommended maintenance water temperature is between 0 °C and 90 °C (32-194 °F). The maximum ambient temperature is 40 °C (104 °F). The maximum working pressure is 7 bar (102 PSI).
