Hydro-Optic UV System performs automated dose control, UVT monitoring and water stream disinfection.
RZB300-12 is an enhanced system of the RZB300-11 Hydro-Optic UV System. With four high intensity medium pressure UV lamps and total internal reflection from the walls of the quartz reactor, the system provides high level disinfection. MPHI lamps provide broad-spectrum water stream disinfection exposing bacteria, viruses and protozoa to the germicidal wavelengths of the UV light. The first sensor is installed in front of the lamp to evaluate lamp intensity. The second sensor is mounted some distance away from the lamp and measures water clarity. Total Internal Reflection (TIR) recycles the UV light energy in the Hydro-Optic UV chamber providing longer UV light paths. The customized control provides user-friendly integration with plant controls, remote monitoring and customized user setting for alarm values. The optional Deposit Prevention Mechanism (DPM) keeps quartz tubes deposit-free.
