Hydro-Optic UV System performs automated dose control, UVT monitoring and water stream disinfection.
RZ300-13 is an enhanced system of the RZ300-11 Hydro-Optic UV System. Three high intensity medium pressure UV lamps emit polychromatic UV light at wavelengths between 200 and 415 nm damaging to enzyme systems of microorganisms. RZ300-13 automatically adjusts the UV power maintaining the required UV dose. The first integrated sensor monitors UV lamp intensity. The second integrated sensor monitors UV water transmittance (UVT). High grade silica quartz sleeve separates UV lamps from water chamber for easy and safe lamp replacement. Advanced System Control features user-friendly integration with plant controls and displays UVT, flow, power and UV dose.

Operating conditions
The required operating water stream temperature is between 0 °C and 60 °C (32-140 °F). The recommended maintenance water temperature is between 0 °C and 90 °C (32-194 °F). The maximum ambient temperature is 45 °C (113 °F). The maximum working pressure is 7 bar (102 PSI).
