RZ163-14 is an enhanced system of the RZ163-11 Hydro-Optic UV System. Four high intensity medium pressure UV lamps ensures a broad germicidal spectrum of polychromatic UV light. HOD UV system features unique Total Internal Reflection (TIR) technology that recycles UV photons in the disinfection chamber providing homogenous UV dose distribution and superior power efficiency. RZ163-14 sections are added together according to the application and desired UV dose. Each section includes UV lamp, pipe section and independent ballast unit. The real-time monitoring system automatically adjusts UV dose and displays real-time data status. The customized control provides user-friendly integration with plant controls, remote monitoring and alarm settings for general, UVT, dose out.

Operating conditions

The required operating water stream temperature is between 0°C and 60°C (32-140°F). The recommended maintenance water temperature is between 0 °C and 90 °C (32-194 °F). The maximum ambient temperature is 45 °C (104 °F). The maximum working pressure is 10 bar (145 PSI).
