Ballast Water Management System (BWMS) performs innovative dose-control, real-time monitoring and sea water, fresh water and brackish water treatment.
PS-300 Ballast Water Treatment System provides vessels with cost-efficient and environmentally friendly water treatment. PS-300 is equipped with revolutionary 20-micron filter and patented medium pressure UV system. PS-300 Ballast Water Treatment System operates at minimum retention times (≤ 24 hours) following treatment in toughest water conditions with UV transmittance as low as 40% UVT. Purestream system accommodates the flow rate of up to 350 m³/hr. The system is equipped with one ballasts electrical cabinet. PS-300 automatically adjusts the UV dose, controls the water flow and monitors the UV output of each UV lamp. Purestream One-Pass treatment is the only UV-based BWMS technology that treats the ballast water in a single pass, saving time and energy. The nominal energy consumption of the PS-300 Ballast Water Treatment System is 36 kW.
