Purestream PS-1200 Ballast Water Treatment System

PS-1200 Ballast Water Treatment System supplies ships with chemical-free and reliable water disinfection. PS-1200 is equipped with two 20-micron filters that remove microorganisms and particles from the water stream. PS-100 UV system provides protection against a wide range of microorganisms, viruses and bacteria in the toughest water conditions meeting IMO and USCG Type Approval. PS-1200 accommodates the flow rate of up to 1200 m³/hr. PS-1200 Ballast Water Treatment System is equipped with two ballasts electrical cabinets. Purestream system features user-friendly interface for continuous and accurate real-time dose monitoring and automated control. Purestream One-Pass treatment requires operation of the system only during ballasting. The aforementioned approach reduces the overall power consumption by 50% and increases the system reliability. The nominal power consumption of the PS-1200 Ballast Water Treatment System is 88 kW.
