The Orbisphere Hydrogen (H₂) TC Sensor (Part Number 31290TC) is a thermal conductivity sensor designed for direct measurement of hydrogen in gaseous and liquid samples up to a sample pressure of 20 bar. The sensor incorporates a nitrogen purge connection, a protective cap and an external temperature sensor adaptor to support stable and accurate hydrogen analysis. Usage Instructions
Install the 31290TC sensor into the appropriate Orbisphere controller or analyzer system following Hach’s installation guidelines. Connect a compatible nitrogen purge line and ensure correct sealing with the protection cap. The external temperature sensor (ordered separately) should be fitted to provide temperature compensation. Calibration should be performed using certified hydrogen calibration gas. Sensor cable and external temperature sensor must be ordered separately according to manufacturer specifications.
