1340-6621 EBI 12-T264 Temperature Data Logger for Pasteurization, Ebro

The EBI 12-T264 (Part No. 1340-6621) is a high-performance "Bottle Logger" optimized for routine pasteurization control. It features a 270 mm long axial needle probe with an M10 thread, designed to be inserted through container caps to reach the thermal center of large bottles or specialized packaging. Part of the ebro "Blue Line" series, this logger is constructed from 316L stainless steel and PEEK, ensuring it can withstand the harsh conditions inside pasteurization tunnels and autoclaves. The device records data internally with a memory capacity of 27,480 measurement values and offers a high resolution of 0.01 °C. When used with Winlog.pro or Winlog.validation software, it enables the automatic calculation of Pasteurization Units (PU) and F0 values, providing critical data for food safety and process validation.
