Instructions for use
The TLC 750 BT can be used as a standalone device or as part of a digital HACCP system. Preparation: Switch on the device by pressing the measurement button or unfolding the probe. Ensure the Bluetooth connection is established with your receiving device if live data transfer is required. Note: For surface scans, use the double laser pointer to aim at the target. For core measurements, unfold the probe and insert it into the product. To store a value, press the measurement button. Data can be synchronized later with the ebro® EDC software. After use, the device can be cleaned under running water (IP65) and placed on a wireless charging station or connected via USB-C to recharge.
